The smallest gestures can sometimes make a world of difference. In a workshop turned barber shop in the basement of a Minnesota retirement home, Tom Gorzycki is doing what he's done for 70 years. The haircuts he provides are free, but tips are expected and appreciated. It's through those tips that Gorzycki has raised $13,000 over five years.
