During a March 25, 2011, episode of Inside Edition, Chief Investigative Correspondent Lisa Guerrero joined the heroic Pennsylvania Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) as they worked the streets of Philadelphia, climbing into car windows, combing through garbage-filled alleys and saving the lives of horribly abused animals. Some of the scenes brought Guerrero to tears.
