A mom of three who was crushed when a tree toppled on top of her in Central Park has filed a $200 million lawsuit. Anne Monoky is still wearing a neck brace six months after the incident. She was taking a morning stroll with her children last year when a giant elm tree came crashing down. Good Samaritans rushed to help the mom and her young sons. “We are so grateful,” Monoky said of her rescuers at a press conference. She broke her neck in four places.
