Twitter Faces Mass Resignations After Elon Musk Ultimatum

Twitter is in disarray after hundreds of employees decided to quit instead of giving into the demands of Elon Musk. The crisis began when Musk issued an ultimatum to the staff to either commit to working "long hours with high intensity" or quit. One report estimated that as many as 1,500 people resigned overnight. Twitter's New York headquarters were ordered to close until Monday to avoid potential sabotage by disgruntled ex-employees.
