International Space Station Gets a Pizza Delivery From Cygnus Cargo Craft

The International Space Station got an eagerly anticipated delivery this week. A cargo ship containing fresh apples, tomatoes and kiwis — and best of all, pizza for seven. The space pizza isn’t the first culinary treat on the ISS to make the news. In June, the commander of the space station made a sort of crepe, by smearing chocolate and strawberries on a tortilla. Though Commander Thomas Pesquet is in fact French, his skills in the kitchen reportedly are not out of this world.
