John Bobbitt Reflects on Infamous Penis Amputation: ‘I Thought I Was Gonna Die’

A new ABC special is taking a look at John Wayne Bobbitt’s life 25 years after he made sensational headlines when his wife sliced off his penis as he slept. “20/20” host Amy Robach, who's hosting the special called “The Bobbitts: Love Hurts," told Inside Edition that Bobbitt is doing well more than two decades since the horrifying attack. "[He] says that he is happy, that he's healthy, he's living in Las Vegas, he has a girlfriend who he loves and life is good," she said. More importantly? His manhood is still functional.
