Kobe Bryant's Moving Gift to Vanessa Explained by ‘The Notebook’ Dress Designer

Like the rest of America, costume designer Karyn Wagner was touched by Vanessa Bryant's tribute to her late husband, basketball legend Kobe Bryant at the Staples Center during a public memorial. But the moment that especially moved was when Vanessa said, "He gifted me the actual notebook and the blue dress Rachel McAdams wore in ‘The Notebook’ movie.” Wagner designed the blue dress worn in the romantic classic.
