Ladies Call for Their Husbands in Wacky Iowa State Fair Contest

It’s the great husband-calling contest at this year's Iowa State Fair. The competition pits women of all ages, who holler their husbands’ names as loud as they can. Each call is unique, and is performed on stage in front of a panel of judges. The winner of the contest, 65-year-old Rose Beauregard, takes home $5, a ribbon and her husband. The fair also has a mom-calling contest for kids to participate in.
