A Look Back at the Mass Shootings of 2018

Valentine's Day 2018 saw the massacre at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida, in which 17 people were killed, mostly students. This wasn't the only school shooting of the year. On May 18, nine students and one teacher were shot and killed at Santa Fe High School outside Houston, Texas. A newsroom was the scene of another mass shooting. On June 28, a gunman walked into the Capital Gazette newspaper office in Annapolis, Maryland, and killed five people.
