TikToker Once Paralyzed From the Neck Down Training for 5K

Chase Friedman from Los Angeles, California, is training for a 5K even though doctors told him he could be in a wheelchair for life. His accident happened after he tripped, fell, and hit his head on the sink in a bathroom. Chase received terrible news at the hospital and needed a spinal fusion on his neck. Paralyzed, he started rehab, and now after over a year, he hopes to achieve his running goals. He shared his story with Inside Edition Digital’s Andrea Swindall.
