Man Determined to Keep His Manhattan Apartment Blocks $70M Real Estate Deal
April 21, 2022

Nejat Ozsu is the only tenant remaining in a Manhattan apartment building, and his refusal to leave is holding up a $70 million condo project. He said he was offered $30,000 to move out, but it’s not enough.
