Man Rescued From India’s Flood Waters

Strangers rescued a man overwhelmed by swirling floodwaters in India on Monday, as large parts of the country's tech capital, Bengaluru, flooded after intense rain. "These people were shouting all of a sudden. I didn't even know what happened. I just went there, the bag was (floating) there. I just saw the bag then after, later on like 40-50 seconds, I just saw his head. So I pulled out his hair and he came out," Prakash told Reuters. Inside Edition Digital’s Stephanie Officer has more.
