Man Rescued From Burning Car After Police Use Fire Extinguisher to Break Window

When a car crashed and burst into flames, two police officers rushed to help the person inside. Phoenix Officers Rudy Castillo and Joel Kaminsky were the first to respond to the scene. With more than 40 years of experience between them they worked together to free the 55-year-old man from the vehicle, which had its windows rolled up and the doors locked. Officer Castillo went looking for blunt objects to break the window. Inside Edition Digital’s Mara Montalbano has more.
