Man Thought Miami Surfside Building Collapse Was Fog at 1st

David Araujo thought he had driven through a patch of fog, but then came the horrifying realization: he had just witnessed the collapse of an apartment building outside of Miami. Araujo shared a video of the incident with Inside Edition. The heartbreaking recording captured voices of people trapped on their balconies, screaming for help. Araujo then came across a pile of rubble where a 15-year-old boy was buried.
