Man Who Allegedly Abandoned German Shepherd Arrested

Police made an arrest after a video caught a man abandoning a dog in Texas. Authorities in Dallas say Ramiro Zuniga, 41, is the man who allegedly left this German Shepherd, named Amos, on the side of the road and drove off without him. This after animal activists set up a camera to catch people in the act. Inside Edition’s Steven Fabian spoke with the Dowdy Ferry Animal Commission, who says a lot of animals are abandoned on this road. Inside Edition Digital’s Mara Montalbano has more.
