There was alarm today after Matthew Broderick tested positive for COVID-19 hours after he made the rounds on popular TV talk shows. Then, just before he was set to take the stage on Broadway with wife Sarah Jessica Parker for their show “Plaza Suite,” he tested positive for coronavirus twice. An understudy went to fill in for Broderick after Parker tested negative. Millions are under lockdown in Shanghai, China, as another major COVID outbreak swept the city of 25 million people.
