Meghan Markle's estranged half-sister, Samantha, is once again criticizing the duchess, this time for her decision to step back from her duties as a senior member of the royal family. Duchess Meghan and Prince Harry announced their decision in an Instagram post, saying they would work toward financial independence, launch a new charitable entity and continue to support the queen. But Samantha Markle told Inside Edition the decision is "irresponsible" and "inconsiderate."
