9 People, Including Children, Shot on Florida Beach

Nine people were wounded during a shooting on a Florida beach this Memorial Day. After gunshots rang out, people ran for their lives on the Hollywood Oceanfront Boardwalk in Hollywood Beach, Florida. What started as a ​“dispute between two groups,” turned into nine people, some of whom are children, being rushed to the hospital. The shooting happened just before 7:00 in the evening. Authorities say a person of interest has been detained while police search for another.
