Missing 3 and 16-Year-Old Recognized by Concerned Mom Who Called Police

Two missing children are on their way home, thanks to one woman “listening to her gut.” Julia Bonin recognized two children, 3-year-old Noah Clare and his cousin 16-year-old Amber Clare, who had both been reported missing from Tennessee and Kentucky, respectively. Authorities say the children were allegedly kidnapped by Noah’s father, Jacob Clare. Bonin said, “I just know that that mom probably can't wait to hug her baby.”
