Storm chaser Jonathan Petramala documented a historic storm that's causing chaos in California and Nevada. The blizzard, whose winds hit a staggering 190 miles an hour, caused Interstate 80 to be closed for three days. “You could barely see your hand in front of your face,” says Petramala. He pitched in and towed some of the stranded drivers. Inside Edition’s Steven Fabian has more.
