Mystery $2.04 Billion Powerball Winner Identified

A lotto mystery is finally solved after three months. The California State Lottery announced Edwin Castro is the sole winner of the $2.04 billion Powerball jackpot. That's the largest Powerball jackpot in history. The ticket was sold in November at Joe's Service Center in Altadena, California. Now, Castro is taking the single lump sum and is California's first lottery billionaire.
