Neighbors weren't going to let a veteran have a birthday without a celebration. Milton Eatchel was excited to celebrate his 90th birthday. His family planned to travel from all over the country to party with him in Utah, but because of Milton's age and other risk factors for his family, they decided it was best to cancel the party amid the coronavirus outbreak.
