New Jersey Police Officer Makes Daring Rescue to Save Cockapoo

A  New Jersey cop leaps into action at the scene of a house fire when he realizes that there are still pets in the burning home. The patrolman, Officer Travis Sodon, spotted a pup on the balcony of the house - which was fifteen feet off the ground. With no ladder in sight, Sodon improvised and grabbed a scaffolding platform, which was almost tall enough to get him over the edge, but he ended up needing a chair to reach over and grab the four-year-old cockapoo named Archie.
