    New York Baby's Skin Cracked Minutes After Her Birth Due to Rare Condition

    Within minutes of her birth, baby Anna's skin painfully cracked, a rare skin condition called Harlequin Ichthyosis. Anna's mom, Jennie Wilklow, and dad didn't know she had the condition until she was born. Jennie says, "Harlequin is basically a mutation in a gene that doesn't let your skin form its last layers correctly."
