Cops say a New York City subway passenger fired his gun twice at a man who allegedly tried to rob a woman. The vigilante fled the scene, triggering a huge manhunt. Cops finally arrested the suspect at his job after he was recognized by someone who knew him. The suspect was identified as John Rote. The 43-year-old suspect was charged with criminal possession of a weapon. The man Rote allegedly opened fire on was charged with attempted robbery.
