Sister Mary Beth Lloyd has been putting some serious mileage on her sneakers. The nun from New Jersey runs 10ks, as well as races in excess of 50 miles! But she's not just doing it to stay in shape. The sister pounds the pavement to raise funds and awareness for an organization called Orphans Rising, which helps children left parentless by AIDS. What's Sister Mary Beth's secret?
