Foster mom Tania Crawford is caring for a dog who had a rough start in life. Police think Rocky was used as a 'bait dog' to train other dogs to fight. When the Oklahoma Pet Collective Society took in Rocky, he was covered in open wounds and scars. Now he is healing and hopes to find a forever home. Tania has shared his story on social media to get the word out about bait dogs. "That is a felony," she told Inside Edition Digital's Andrea Swindall.
