On the Ground in the Aftermath of Disasters
Inside Edition has been there to document what happens in the aftermath of a natural disaster. In the summer of 2005, our cameras were in New Orleans just after Hurricane Katrina struck. Our journalists witnessed what conditions were like inside nursing homes and the famous Superdome. Following the Deep Water Horizon oil spill, we met with caretakers who were cleaning up animals impacted by the disaster.
