Driver Throws $200K on Freeway After Draining Bank Account

Oregon police say a 38-year-old driver threw $200,000 in cash out of his car as he drove along an interstate. According to authorities, he drained his family's bank account and then proceeded to literally throw it all out the window. The driver who is accused of throwing the money was identified as Colin Davis McCarthy. State troopers say McCarthy does not face theft charges because his name was on the joint bank account along with other family members.
