The parents of gunman Connor Sturgeon are expressing anguish over the mass shooting. Their 25-year-old son killed five people and wounded eight others at the Old National Bank in Louisville, Kentucky. In an interview with the “Today” show, they recounted the dramatic effort they took to prevent the massacre. As Inside Edition's Les Trent reports, they also had a message for the families of the victims.
