65-Year-Old Pilot Accused of Stalking Woman Back in Court

The pilot accused of stalking a New York woman using an airplane was rearrested. Restaurant owner Cassandra Wilusz says Michael Arnold was flying over her house for four years. Arnold claims that he was taking photos for Facebook. Ten-thousand dollars were added to his bond because he allegedly tried to contact Wilusz on social media using an alias. He was able to pay the additional bond and was released. Within an hour of being released, she says she spotted him driving by her restaurant in a taxi.
