Police Use PIT Maneuver to Stop DUI Suspect

California HIghway Patrol used a PIT maneuver to stop a speeding suspect. Officers believed the person behind the wheel of the Chevy Malibu was driving under the influence, as they pursued him through the streets of Southern California. The suspect drove on at least 3 freeways, and ran red lights on surface roads. At one point, police say he threw a shoe out the window. Inside Edition Digital has more.
