Pot Smokers Get High in Front of Cops, on Purpose

Volunteers smoke pot in front of Glendale, California cops on purpose. Police don't mind. In fact, they want them to get high. Recreational marijuana is legal in the state and incidents of drugged driving are on the rise. Police want to be able to better spot the signs, so they created a "green lab" where volunteers smoke up in a tent and take sobriety tests before and after.
