Preschooler Who Was Trapped by Hurricane Hugs Pals in Sweet Reunion

Florida preschoolers were excited to see their little buddy and gave him a big hug. The boy, Makai, found himself trapped in the Hurricane Dorian-ravaged Bahamas for weeks with his mom, Tekara Capron. “I've been through hurricanes but this one was, absolutely, this was totally different. This is something unexplainable,” she told Inside Edition. After a really rough couple weeks, 3-year-old Makai finally returned home to Pembroke Pines, Florida, and his classmates were elated.
