Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are the Latest to Celebrate Royal Engagement Publicly

The engagement of Prince Harry and American actress Meghan Markle is the latest in a long line of very public betrothals for England's royal family. Harry's brother, Prince William, announced his engagement to Kate Middleton in November of 2010. The future Duchess of Cambridge sported her late mother-in-law Diana's ring. Diana wore the ring for her engagement to Harry and William's father, Prince Charles, in 1981.
