Puppies Found in Kansas With Hair Ties Around Their Mouths to Go Up for Adoption

It's tough to watch, but these puppies have been freed from a shocking situation. The mouths of these cute canines were discovered sealed shut with hair ties. Vets believe the pit bulls, both about 7 weeks old, had their mouths forcibly shut for about a day. The dogs are now living in a foster home and expected to go up for adoption.
