Identical twins Hannah and Rachel, who both have Down syndrome, are so unique that they have already been contacted by a modeling agency. Their mother and father had no idea the twins had Down syndrome until they were born. "We were shocked at the beginning because we didn't know anything about the condition," says Nardy Mejias, 37.
