Rat on Mall Escalator Freaks Out Shoppers

Shoppers at a mall in the Philippines got a nasty surprise as a rat was seen hanging out on the escalator. Those taking a stroll at the mall in Manila spotted the rat just lounging on a step on the escalator. One woman frantically ran off in fear of the rodent. One man must have startled the rat so much that it lunged at him. The man jumped off the escalator with his bags over his head. Video of the incident was posted on social media Wednesday, where it went viral.
