In a new documentary called "Shiny Happy People: Duggar Family Secrets," Jill Duggar is speaking out about her family’s ties to a controversial church. She's the second-oldest daughter in the family made famous by the reality show “19 Kids & Counting.” Her family was part of the Institute in Basic Life Principles, which was founded by disgraced Minister Bill Gothard. He was forced to resign amid allegations of sexual abuse, including inappropriate touching that he denies.
