Rep. Lauren Boebert Accused of 'Causing a Disturbance’ at 'Beetlejuice' Musical

Congresswoman Lauren Boebert was asked to leave a Colorado theater during a performance of the musical "Beetlejuice." Fellow theater-goers accused her and her male companion of vaping, singing, recording and generally "causing a disturbance.” According to one published report, she called out "Do you know who I am? I am on the board." Boebert denies she was vaping, adding "I plead guilty to laughing and singing too loud." She also admitted to taking a photo during the performance but says she wasn’t aware of such a theater prohibition. In part of a statement, Boebert's spokesperson says “Yes, she took a photo as she thought the policy was just no recording.”
