Each team member goes through a thorough routine to get ready to treat those in need. But in these times, they have to ask their patients to follow certain protocols as well. They suit up in personal protective gear, and after they've completed their run, the entire ambulance has to be decontaminated so as not to infect their next patients - or the first responders themselves.
