Robert Fuller's Brother Killed in California Shooting

A suspect wanted for kidnapping in California was killed in a gun battle with police. The suspect was the half brother of Robert Fuller, the 24-year-old found hanging from a tree last week in what his family suspects was a lynching, despite local authorities rush to call it a suicide. Video taken from an apartment complex above the scene of the shootout was posted moments after the shooting stopped.
