Merman Mike’ Finds Woman’s Lost Wedding Ring

Jennie Boles was swimming with her family in Bass Lake, near Yosemite National Park, when she realized her wedding ring fell off her finger. Boles reached out to local scuba diver Michael Pelly, also known as “Merman Mike,” to help find her lost ring. At one point, Pelly took off his glove and used his bare hand to grope the bottom of the lake. Thankfully, three hours into the dive, he found the ring. Now, Boles' wedding ring is back where it belongs thanks to a real-life merman.
