Driver Who Jumped Into River to Evade Traffic Stop Not Found: Cops

A traffic stop turned into a search for the driver who ran into the river to evade police. Police then had to dive in and try to save the man. It happened on New Year’s Day in Kalamazoo, Michigan. The officer initially tried to pull over the motorcyclist for what they said was a license plate violation. The driver seemed to struggle in the water and police then dove in to try and rescue him.
