Seattle Man Throws Burning Torch Into Police Cruiser With Cop Still Inside

A man in Seattle was seen on surveillance video wielding a fiery torch as he heads down an alley. A Seattle police officer responding to the incident advances towards the suspect, identifying himself. What happens next is scary.
