Some Seattle residents claim they are being tormented by the sound of a muscle car roaring through the streets late at night. After a barrage of complaints, authorities are trying to put the breaks on the speed demon. The city of Seattle is demanding that the driver, Miles Hudson, bring his car into compliance with noise regulations. Penalties could amount to thousands of dollars.
