Sheriff Allegedly Tried to Call Daughter From Judge's Phone

There's new insight into the mysterious fatal shooting of a Kentucky judge by a sheriff. Investigators say moments before Kentucky Sheriff Shawn Stines fired on Judge Kevin Mullins, the sheriff tried to call his 17-year-old daughter from the judge's phone. After the shooting the sheriff told police "They're trying to kidnap my wife and kid."
