Sisters Release Balloons Into Air and Receive Texas Stranger’s Kind Gesture

Two young Texas girls have released a balloon into the sky in memory of their late father in hopes it gets to him in heaven. Gypsy, 7, and Story Retting, 6, suffered the tragic loss of their dad last year and they wanted to do something special to remember him. Attached to the balloon were two notes, one from each young lady.
