Slain Binghamton Nursing Student Had Filed Police Report on Her Alleged Killer

Police have released a report detailing an encounter murdered Binghamton University nursing student Haley Anderson had with her accused killer last year. Orlando Tercero briefly dated Anderson and became a suspect in her murder after she was found dead in his apartment. After a party at Tercero's home last year, Anderson told cops her car's tires were slashed, and believed Tercero may have been involved.
