South Carolina Shelter Reunites Family With Dog Missing for 3 Years

After going missing three years, a dog was reunited with its owner thanks to a Summerville, South Carolina, dog shelter. The 18-year-old came to Dorchester Paws malnourished with matted fur, fleas and overgrown nails. After getting Binky, aka Mr. B., the care he needed, a microchip scan showed his home was in another state. So a shelter volunteer drove six hours to make the emotional reunion happen.
